Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how TxtVPN handles relevant data while providing cross-border access, network acceleration, account management, and subscription services. Please read the following terms before using the service.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

Creating a TxtVPN account requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. The service processes your username, securely handled authentication data, plan status, and necessary account settings to identify your account, maintain sessions, deliver subscriptions, and handle service requests. Do not include other personal information in your username.

When a purchase, upgrade, or refund occurs, the system stores the order amount, plan details, payment channel, transaction status, and processing result. These records support plan delivery, billing checks, refunds, transaction troubleshooting, and necessary financial obligations. When you visit the site, the service may also process page visits, referral pages, browser type, device category, IP address, and basic error information to understand site performance, fix issues, and improve content structure.

The service processes data only as needed for the purposes above and does not require an email address for registration. Text and attachments voluntarily provided through a support ticket are used only to respond to the relevant request and verify follow-up questions.

No-Logs Position and Connection Records

TxtVPN does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, request bodies, DNS queries, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. International routes may briefly process technical information required to establish a connection, but this information is not retained long term as a browsing profile.

To enforce plan traffic rules, determine subscription status, and maintain routes, the system processes necessary usage summaries, connection status, and fault information. Usage summaries calculate consumed traffic without linking it to specific destinations. If a service error or abuse investigation occurs, necessary diagnostic records are limited to what is needed to resolve the issue and are deleted or de-identified after the purpose is complete.

Cookies and Local Storage

The site and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and feature preferences. This data keeps account sessions active, preserves your choices, and prevents duplicate actions; it is not used to create cross-site browsing profiles.

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to log in again, choose a language again, or restore interface preferences. Some authentication data is necessary for account features to work properly; fully blocking relevant storage may prevent login, order viewing, and subscription management from functioning normally.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

TxtVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service provider, and the service does not directly store complete authentication details for payment accounts. Payment providers process the data required to complete transactions under their own rules; this processing is not replaced by this policy.

To confirm payment results, the service receives the order number, payment channel, amount, status, and necessary transaction identifiers. Only data required for infrastructure, payment confirmation, or access analytics is shared with relevant service providers and is governed by applicable contracts, access controls, or service rules.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order records are kept for the period required for billing reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable rules; they are then deleted or de-identified. Access analytics are retained until trend analysis and troubleshooting are complete, then aggregated, de-identified, or deleted. Temporary technical status required for connections is not retained as a long-term browsing record.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through account settings in the user panel or the support ticket entry. Verification of account control may be required before deletion is processed. Data required for legal obligations, incomplete orders, security disputes, or preventing repeated abuse may be subject to restricted processing until the relevant matter ends rather than removed immediately; it will then be handled under this policy.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing methods, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, the site will explain it through currently available on-site notices. Users should review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
