These terms apply to the cross-border access, network acceleration, international route, and related subscription services provided by TxtVPN. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using related features, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they should stop using the service.

Service Content and Scope

TxtVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, entry points, and connection methods may change based on network conditions, maintenance, and resource scheduling. Users should rely on the information shown in the account panel at the time of use.

The service is intended to improve cross-border connection quality and the experience of accessing international websites. It does not represent or guarantee the services, content, transactions, or policies of any third-party website or application. Third-party services may independently change regional rules, access policies, and account requirements. Any resulting restrictions are outside TxtVPN's control.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or subscription information is used unexpectedly, users should promptly change their password and stop granting access to others.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online simultaneously, but the account, subscription information, and route access rights are for the account holder and devices managed by that person only. Sharing accounts or subscription information with unrelated third parties, reselling, renting, splitting, or distributing access is prohibited. The service may not be packaged as another commercial network service and provided to others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until fully used and never expire. Plan details, available traffic, and validity status are determined by the account panel and purchase page records. Users should confirm the plan before completing payment.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the regions they access through the service, and must determine whether their network activities are lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of illegal content, attacks on network systems, bulk spam, disruption of route operations, or other unlawful activities.

Users must not attempt to bypass account permissions, probe service infrastructure, damage authentication or billing mechanisms, or continuously consume resources through automation in a way that affects other users' connections. Users responsible for conduct that leads to third-party complaints, rights claims, or regulatory requests must bear the corresponding liability.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

TxtVPN maintains, replaces, and schedules routes based on their status, but cross-border connections can be affected by local carriers, international gateways, device settings, third-party platform policies, and events beyond reasonable control. Accordingly, the service does not guarantee the same performance for every route, location, network environment, or time period.

Service may be temporarily interrupted or partially unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream route changes, security measures, or events beyond reasonable control. TxtVPN will restore service within a reasonable scope, but is not liable for interruptions to third-party services, device failures, incorrect configuration, inadequate credential protection, or losses caused by unlawful use.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If an account is used for resale, sharing with unrelated third parties, malicious consumption of route resources, attacks on service systems, disruption of other users, submission of false transaction information, or violations of applicable laws and regulations, TxtVPN may restrict route access, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. Clearly abnormal connections and requests may be temporarily blocked to protect the system and other users.

Users may stop renewing and discontinue use after their current subscription ends. After account termination, expired subscriptions and related access rights can no longer be used. Orders, payment records, and security records that must be retained by law may continue to be stored as necessary.

TxtVPN may update these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, security rules, or business process changes. Updated content will be published on this page, with the last updated month shown on the page serving as the reference. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If users do not accept the changes, they should stop purchasing, renewing, and using the related services.
